Insurance and Financing Information

At this practice, we believe our patients should have affordable access to healthcare services. Everyone deserves to feel great and confident about themselves. We offer financing options so that you can afford the best possible care and services.

Ball Dentistry prides ourselves on being able to provide each and every patient with dental services to achieve their individual needs and goals. We want our patients to understand that their oral health and personal well-being comes first. Because of this, our dental office offers flexible payment solutions, as well as CareCredit® that makes it as easy as possible for you to afford the dental procedures not covered by your dental insurance. Most patients are amazed just how affordable a new smile can be.

Don't delay treatments due to lack of insurance. Get the care you need TODAY! Our office offers financing through CareCredit. In some cases, delaying the treatment you need can cause more damage and turn a smaller problem into a costly one. Please talk to our staff about financing options or click on the Learn More button to see what options are available to you.

For your convenience, Ball Dentistry accepts most major dental insurances. Please call us and let us know who your dental insurance provider is. We will do our best to work with you and your dental insurance provider to make sure you’re covered! Insurance coverage is variable based on the company and the plan. It is the patient's responsibility to know their coverage. We will try our best to contact your insurance company to verify coverage and obtain an explanation of your benefits. The obtained information is not a guarantee of payment from your insurance company. We will bill your insurance company for the fees as a courtesy and collect the estimated patient portion at the time of service. If your insurance company fails to pay the estimated portion, the patient will be billed the difference. We are not responsible for how your insurance company responds to or pays claims, as your benefits are not determined by our office. Some insurance companies require pre-authorizations or waiting periods for certain treatment. It is the patient's responsibility to know about these limitations. Most importantly, please keep us informed of any and all changes to your insurance.
